Alexandra Duran, JD, MSW, CSW

Attorney, HR professional, licensed clinical social worker. Ms. Duran has extensive experience helping lawyers advance in their current position or find new opportunities for personal and professional growth. A frequent contributor to the New York Law Journal, Ms. Duran has more than 25 years in career counseling, in addition to her experience as general counsel for the Fashion Institute of Technology, as an associate with Dewey LeBoeuf LLP, and as associate personnel director for City University of New York. Currently, Ms. Duran is an Independent Director of Genworth Life Insurance Company of New York, and a member of the Association of Career Professionals International, the New York Women’s Bar Association, and the New York City Bar.
