Ms. Hilton coaches attorneys through career and professional issues, including career transition (job change, career alternatives, outplacement), practice development, performance and motivation, work-life balance and alignment, and leadership. She offers a full suite of assessment and planning tools. She works in person, groups, and by phone and email. Ms. Hilton spent 15 years practicing law (private practice, in-house), and has spent more than 12 years coaching attorneys on career issues. She is a public speaker, syndicated career columnist, and a Master Certified Coach (MCC).
