The mounted Washington is a piece of classical folk art – a collectible by any definition – and carved by a leading US sculptor whose work is in private collections around the world.

With its swiveling head and arms – and a marvelously carved horse with articulated joints – the hand-carved sculpture measures 23-inches high and is mounted on a wood base. At the artist’s discretion, the piece may be rendered in spruce, juniper or white pine.
